Can I return my order?

Yes. You may return your order within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with your purchase, provided that the following conditions are met:

• The item must be returned in its original condition, including all components, accessories, and original packaging.

• The product may show only normal handling. Damage caused by improper or excessive use is not eligible for return.

• Hygiene-sensitive products must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

• Any defects upon arrival must be reported immediately after delivery.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• MeetIvory reserves the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, incomplete, or do not meet the return conditions.

How do I return my order?

If your order meets the return conditions, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@meetivory.com

2. Include the following information:

   • Your order number

   • The reason for return

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with the correct return address.

⚠️ Important:

• Do not send returns to the sender’s address shown on the package.

• Returns are only accepted after the order has been delivered.

• It is not possible to cancel or recall a package while it is in transit.

Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Our fulfillment system is fully synchronized with our warehouse partners. As soon as an order is confirmed, it is automatically transmitted for processing, packaging, and shipment preparation. Once this process has started, it cannot be manually interrupted or reversed.

This system ensures accurate inventory management and reliable tracking information for all orders.

Refunds

• All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse.

• Once approved, refunds may take up to 30 business days to be processed.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

All returns are processed through our central warehouse in Asia.

⚠️ Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Due to international shipping, return costs may range between $30–$40 USD, depending on the product.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
